We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds for our residential learning programs and courses.
Program Cancellations
If you need to cancel your participation in a program, please notify us as soon as possible via email. The following refund schedule applies:
- 30 Days or More Before Start Date: Full refund of the program fee, minus a small administrative processing fee.
- 15 to 29 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund of the total program fee.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the program start date.
Course Postponement
In the unlikely event that Under The Banyan needs to postpone or cancel a program, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit towards a future program.
Facilitation & Coaching
For one-on-one coaching and modular offerings, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Sessions missed without prior notice will be charged in full.
