Grounded within. Growing beyond.
GROUNDWORK
A LIFE SKILLS CAMP
Groundwork is a 7-day residential experience for young adults to build clarity, confidence, and real-world life skills.
What This Is?
Groundwork is an immersive, residential learning camp designed to help you understand yourself, build essential life skills, and navigate change with clarity and confidence.
Through workshops, reflection, movement, and shared learning, the experience brings together people from different walks of life into a space that is both structured and deeply human.

Why Did We Create This?
Much of what shapes our lives—how we relate, make decisions, handle uncertainty, or care for ourselves—is rarely part of formal education.
In a world shaped by rapid change, burnout, and constant digital engagement, Groundwork creates a space to slow down, reflect, and build the foundations needed to live with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Where Is The Camp?
Nestled amidst the serene foothills of the Himalayas in Thano hill forest, Dehradun, the camp takes place at Bodhigram Empowerment Centre - a space for reflection, learning, and dialogue in close connection with nature. Bodhigram is a sanctuary for growth, connection, and renewal.
